Position Summary:
Wolters Kluwer – Compliance Solutions seeks a Program and Project management Manager to provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to their teams. Ideal candidate should have strong experience in a fast-paced environment and be a change agent to drive product offering to the next level. This position requires strong communication skills to work across the different leadership groups withing the software development lifecycle.
Essential responsibilities require the candidate:
- Hire, train and lead Scrum Master / Project Manager staff for one or more software engineering teams in creation of best-in-class banking platforms.
- Manage performance and daily activities of Scrum Masters, conducting 1 on 1’s, performance reviews, and drive personal development.
- Collaborate with Project Management Leadership, Product Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture, and Agile teams to drive development best practices and delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure delivery of product needs.
- Serve as Scrum master or Release Train Engineer (depending on need/experience)
- Be a driver of continuous improvement for Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field required. Advanced technical degree and/or related training a plus
- 6+ years of experience in software product development with progressive growth in leadership roles/responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in Management
- Proven ability to lead a team of onshore/offshore developers and collaborate within a team and across multiple teams
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with AzureDevOps / Visual Studio, Miro
