POSITION SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will work as a part of operations team to perform project implementation and daily operations support of the company’s global enterprise server infrastructure.

The person in-charge must have the right strategic mindset and technical skillset, working together with the Global IT Operation team to ensure the reliability of the integrated environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily 24x7 Enterprise Server/Storage Infrastructure and Virtualization technology
  • Manage Windows, Linux, SAN, VMware, HC3 UIS/CAS, Load Balancer and relevant disaster recovery technology solutions
  • Identify, plan, design and manage enterprise technology projects
  • Develop, implement and manage technology integration solutions
  • Develop and review technology policies and standard operating procedures
  • Review and propose technology for optimum usage
  • Manage server operations to meet ISO20000/ITIL standards
  • Analyse penetration test results and engage with business units to resolve identified vulnerabilities within SLAs
  • Provide effective leadership and personnel management to ensure positive team morale and efficient communications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant enterprise server and technology experience
  • 3 years in enterprise IT 24x7 enterprise server system integration and operations
  • Large scale Enterprise server, storage and database project management
  • Hands-on installation, configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise integrated system
  • Experience in Windows, Linux, SAN, VMWare, H3C UIS/CAS, Load Balancer and multi-tier disaster recovery technology

Education

  • Possess relevant tertiary academic or professional qualifications
  • Preferred with AWS, Microsoft, H3C, VMware, ITIL certificates
