About the Role

HP is looking for a Manager – Technical Consulting to lead a team of Technical Consultants delivering Managed Print Services (MPS) transitions and lifecycle engagements across the SEMEA Market. This role is accountable for people leadership, delivery quality, and operational excellence, while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Architecture to drive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Consultants, including performance management and career development
  • Own delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to agreed technical designs
  • Act as senior technical escalation point for complex customer environments
  • Oversee planning and execution of multiple concurrent customer engagements
  • Own tracking quality in Jira, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting of delivery status, risks, and outcomes
  • Coordinate Professional Consulting activities within the SEMEA Market, aligning delivery, sales, and partners
  • Support outcome‑based selling and complex pre‑sales engagements in collaboration with Sales and CDMs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Typically 7+ years’ experience in MPS, print, or IT services delivery, including people leadership
  • Strong understanding of print solutions, MPS architectures, and networked environments
  • Proven experience leading distributed or virtual teams
  • Fluent English required; additional regional languages are a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the SEMEA Market
