Responsibilities include:
Energetically recruit, develop, lead, and retain a diverse team of consultants supporting Workday’s Customer implementations and its Data Conversion teams.
Promote a team-oriented, ambitious, and innovative work environment while maintaining and continuously improving the consultant onboarding, performance management, and career development process.
Collaborate with Resource Management, Sales, and Engagement Managers to effectively staff engagements and build the skills vital to Workday consultants.
Drive team and individuals to provide the best customer satisfaction in the industry to deliver on customer satisfaction, references, revenue utilization, and margin objectives.
Become knowledgeable in the Workday product, methodology, and customer requirements by actively providing consulting services and working closely with the project teams.
Ensure the consultants are adhering to the activities, processes, and procedures outlined in Workday's Implementation Methodology.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization through leading and participating in internal initiatives.
Manage a group of Data Conversion Consultants who design, develop, and deploy Workday tools to Workday customer implementations.
Promote the adoption and extensive use of AI tools to improve team productivity.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a mix of product/program management, consulting, and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services as it relates to enterprise software in the Data Conversion space.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of technical consulting experience with data migration, requirements gathering, integration development or software development
Experience leading teams as a manager or team lead and/or leading an implementation team working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar cloud based applications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Participation in minimum of 4 full life cycle software implementations
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
Other Qualifications
Proficient skills with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures or other data tooling
Proficient skills with Workday data conversion technologies such as iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load preferred
Strong consulting, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills
Proficient understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle
Critical thinker & innovator with the ability to bring new ideas to life
A problem solver, with a passion for delivering outstanding levels of customer service
Self-starter with proven ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high performance expectations
Strong team player, committed to high quality delivery
Structured, organized, and disciplined, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation.
