Lead the operational management of VF’s global Responsible Sourcing Operation program, including annual audit forecasting, quarterly and new audit planning and alignment with sourcing and vendor movement.
Serve as the strategic owner of vendor-related data across the supply chain, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with broader business objectives.
Define and enforce data standards, governance frameworks, and usage policies to maintain consistency and compliance across systems and teams.

Oversee the collection, organization, and cleansing of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Responsible Operation (RSO) and Product Stewardship programs.

Develop and manage monthly and quarterly reporting cadences for Brands, business units, and workstreams, tailored to stakeholder needs.
Ensure timely preparation of quarterly reports for VF’s Audit Committee, including data analysis and trend commentary.
Deliver executive-level reports and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, PowerPoint), translating complex data into actionable insights.
Manage and enhance data platforms such as Fair Factories Clearinghouse (FFC) and SARGE, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and completeness.
Lead database development and administration, including user guides, account management, data settings, and system improvement proposals.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, streamline workflows, and elevate operational performance.
Partner with the Senior Director of RSO and Sr. Manager of RSO Strategy & Standards to support strategic planning and execution of global frameworks.
Collaborate with global sourcing organization teams to manage vendor and factory data (e.g., production type, activity status) for audit and compliance purposes.
Build strong relationships across Sustainability & Responsible (S&R) stakeholders, Sourcing Organization and other departments to align decisions, solve problems, and enhance connectivity.
Lead the approval process for vendor and factory onboarding/offloading in the Infor Nexus system for compliance tracking.
Provide oversight and support for audit scheduling, reporting, and invoice management within the RSO Assurance team.
Partner with the global Responsible Sourcing Operation Advancement team beyond the factory compliance program enables a more integrated and forward-looking approach to operational excellence and enhance overall factory performance.
Support Factory Compliance platform training and respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests as needed.
Manages a team of 2 Analysts, Sustainability & Responsibility Data by providing technical mentorship, annual workplan development, as well as general day-to-day management support.
Translates business and team strategies into clear, actionable annual workplans and individual objectives that align with broader business goals.
