Take end‑to‑end ownership of ESG data and reporting systems, ensuring a future‑proof ESG reporting landscape
Administer and continuously optimize ESG reporting tools, including configuration, user management, training, and documentation
Define, maintain, and further develop the ESG data and reporting architecture, ensuring compliance with mandatory (CSRD/ESRS, ICS) and voluntary (e.g. CDP, S&P Global CSA) reporting requirements
Design and harmonize data integrations and automated data pipelines across ESG and enterprise systems
Implement and maintain automated data pipelines, covering ETL processes, data validation, and data quality controls
Ensure ESG data is traceable, consistent, and audit‑ready across all reporting cycles and disclosures
Translate ESG reporting and business requirements into clear technical specifications and collaborate closely with internal interface functions and external auditors, while driving ESG digitalization, automation, and reporting efficiency initiatives
Degree in Data Science, Data/Information Management, or a related field, combined with 5–8 years of experience in data platforms, system administration, or integration within ESG/HSE or Finance BI.
Proven experience with data integrations, ETL processes, data pipelines, or ESG/HSE systems.
Strong ability to translate reporting and business needs into clear technical requirements.
Solid understanding of system configuration, data models, and the ability to manage high complexity under time pressure.
Clear and structured communication skills, strong stakeholder coordination abilities, and solid Excel proficiency.
