This position is designed for a hands-on, end-to-end supply chain leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, deep systems understanding, and the ability to map, manage, and improve complex processes. The role serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, translating CoE standards into practical, scalable solutions at the division and site level.

Key Responsibilities

CoE Execution & Business Support

  • Act as a CoE partner to assigned divisions and sites, supporting inventory and supply planning performance improvement.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to diagnose gaps in service, inventory, and planning execution and drive corrective actions.
  • Support shared accountability with divisional leaders for inventory targets and supply chain performance.

End-to-End Supply Chain Enablement

  • Support end-to-end supply chain activities including demand translation, supply planning, inventory positioning, and execution trade-offs.
  • Partner with S&OP/SIOP teams to support prioritization, scenario analysis, and supply review preparation.

Inventory Optimization & Working Capital

  • Deploy standard inventory management levers (cycle stock, safety stock, lead time, segmentation).
  • Support inventory efficiency initiatives such as value stream mapping, lead time reduction, and inventory optimization projects.
  • Coach local teams on inventory fundamentals and standard methodologies.

Systems & Technology Enablement

  • Support Kinaxis Maestro implementation and adoption by translating business needs into system use cases.
  • Act as a hands-on system expert, helping sites effectively leverage ERP and planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle).
  • Identify process or data gaps that limit system effectiveness and drive resolution.

Process Mapping & Process Management

  • Map, document, and improve supply planning and inventory management processes across LPG.
  • Support process harmonization efforts by deploying standard CoE processes and governance.
  • Ensure adherence to standard work while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Track and analyze key supply chain metrics related to service, inventory, and execution performance.
  • Develop insights using data and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making.

Project & Initiative Support

  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives including Digital Supply Chain, lead time accuracy, segmentation, and PPI projects.
  • Ensure initiatives translate into practical, sustainable improvements at the site and division level.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Solve Problems: Use structured, data-driven problem-solving to address complex supply and inventory challenges.
  • Enable Scale: Help extend CoE standards, tools, and processes across divisions in a consistent, repeatable way.
  • Improve Execution: Strengthen planning rigor and execution discipline at the site level.
  • Drive Adoption: Increase business adoption of systems and standard processes by making them practical and usable.
  • Build Capability: Coach and support teams in supply chain fundamentals and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related quantitative field.
  • 6–10 years of supply chain experience with demonstrated end-to-end exposure (planning, inventory, S&OP/SIOP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process mapping, process improvement, and process ownership.
  • Solid systems expertise, including ERP and planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle).
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; comfortable working with senior leaders and site teams.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business.
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP).
  • Lean / Six Sigma training or strong continuous improvement background.
