Manager, Supply Chain

Location: Tampa, Florida

As the Manager of Supply Chain for the site, you’ll lead supply planning strategy, develop and lead the Supply Chain team, as well as drive cross-functional alignment to support rapid business growth.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

• Lead the strategy and execution of internal production and material planning functions to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery for customers.
• Directly support Supply Chain and Program Management teams in meeting departmental goals through strategic programs and initiatives.
• Drive the evolution, integration, and implementation of supply chain processes to align with rapid business growth and client demand.
• Manage a diverse Supply Chain team (buyers, planners, scheduling, logistics), developing talent and collaborating with PM Group Leads to support overall department objectives.
• Prepare supply planning inputs for monthly S&OP cycles and the annual budgeting process.
• Ensure supply plans translate into accurate material, labor, and capacity plans while driving improvements in plan accuracy and capacity utilization.
• Develop inventory targets, manage direct procurement items, reduce excess inventory, and minimize obsolescence.
• Create and maintain KPIs to support planning improvements, compliance, and data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; APICS certification is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Production Planning.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams and driving operational outcomes.
• SAP experience required.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders such as sales, finance, operations, HR, and program management.
• Proven experience shaping scalable supply chain processes in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
