About the role:
We are looking for an proactive, outcomes-focused, high-performing, energetic, commercial and detail-oriented professional for the Colliers Canada business. This professional will report to the Vice President, Strategy & Operations Canada, and work closely with key members of the Office of the CEO and Canadian senior executives to achieve business results by: providing analysis and research to support executive decision-making; taking ownership of discrete projects and contributing to larger strategic projects that enable and drive growth; and executing on operational imperatives. This hands-on role is unique because its scope extends across the entirety of Colliers Canada, and combines strategic planning, ad-hoc analysis, project management operations and execution to support clients and colleagues alike in a fast-moving, high growth professional services firm.
In this role, you will:
Support the annual and five year strategic planning process
Undertake cross-functional, complex strategic project delivery and management
Managing Corporate-led projects, initiatives and change
Undertaking structured problem solving
Undertaking financial modelling and quantitative analysis
Conducting research and developing insights
Formulating and delivering process improvement
Preparation of executive-ready materials, on a scheduled and ad hoc basis
Creating written reports, PowerPoint packs and Power BI dashboards
Conducting research and analysis to support executive decision-making, including in relation to the competitive landscape, and identifying and assessing the feasibility of potential M&A initiatives and opportunities
Operational matters, including management of the Colliers’ office portfolio strategy
What you bring:
8-10 years of experience in management consulting or similar corporate strategy or business transformation roles
Bachelor's degree or higher, in Commerce, Business or Finance.
Deep experience in strategy ideation and development, then execution and implementation.
Previous experience in a professional services firm or corporate environment as a trusted advisor to the business
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical.
PowerBI & visualization tools experience are highly regarded.
Ability to interrogate, model, analyze and draw actionable insights from large sets of data.
Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to influence without authority. Experience working with executive leadership would be an asset.
Ability to effectively communicate with, and influence, senior level stakeholders

Area/Location Specific: Vancouver, BC
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $90,307 to $140,000 CAD.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
