Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning - Contract

NEA-HQ-ENVIRONMENT BUILDING Full time

[What the role is]

You will be part of the Strategic Workforce Planning team and work with various stakeholders on Leadership & Capability Development, Workforce Transformation, Technical Competency Validation and Mentorship Programme and General Administrative Support.

[What you will be working on]

Key job duties include:

Leadership & Capability Development

  • Coordinate and administer 360° feedback survey exercises for NEA leaders, including scheduling, tracking participation, and managing communications with participants

  • Support the registration and logistics coordination for leadership development courses and workshops

  • Maintain records and documentation for leadership development programmes

  • Assist in the preparation of materials and resources for leadership development initiatives

Workforce Transformation

  • Coordinate workforce transformation initiatives, including career workshops and transition programmes

  • Facilitate meetings and discussions with line departments and stakeholders

  • Compile and organise inputs from various departments for workforce planning exercises

  • Maintain tracking systems for workforce development programmes and initiatives

Technical Competency Validation

  • Support the administration of competency validation exercises for Science, Engineering and Technical officers

  • Liaise with officers and departments on validation requirements, coordinate validation schedules and track completion status

  • Maintain validation records and documentation

Mentorship Programme and General Administrative Support

  • Support the administration of the NEA Future Leaders Programme, particularly the mentorship component

  • Coordinate mentor-mentee matching and engagement activities

  • Prepare supporting resources for programme participants and track participant progress

  • Prepare reports and presentations as required

  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the team
