Manager Store & Delivery Services leads the support and optimization of store equipment, in-store services, and delivery fleet technology to enhance operational efficiency, ensure chain of custody, and improve customer service offerings across stores.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Oversee delivery fleet management systems to ensure accurate tracking and chain of custody for parts movement between distribution centers, stores, and professional customers.

Manage and support portal applications used for tracking merchandise and delivery operations.

Lead and develop Operations Support Coordinators in resolving store equipment and service-related issues.

Drive execution and support of in-store service programs (e.g., VeriScan, brake lathes, battery testers, electrical testers, loaner tools).

Partner with vendors to maintain, repair, and enhance store equipment and service capabilities.

Manage supplier direct ordering processes and tools that support third-party transactions in stores.

Approve expenditures related to equipment repair and maintenance operational needs.

Identify, evaluate, and implement new service offerings to enhance customer experience and store capabilities.

Continuously assess and improve existing systems, tools, and processes overseen to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Purchasing, Pro Sales, Store Support and other cross-functional teams.

Provide guidance, coaching, and development to team members.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

High school diploma or GED.

Working knowledge of store service equipment and programs (e.g., brake lathes, battery testers, loaner tools).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to improve systems and processes.

Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate external service providers.

Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

DESIRED

Experience supporting delivery fleet operations or logistics systems.

Familiarity with inventory tracking or portal-based systems.

Experience managing third-party vendor services or supplier relationships.

Background in retail operations support.
