Manager, SPI Lab & Cleanroom

The Role: 

We are seeking an experienced cleanroom manager to lead and oversee the operations of our CMP cleanroom and R&D chemical laboratory. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards and maintaining world-class operational excellence in a semiconductor environment. 

In this role you will: 

• Manage day-to-day operations of CMP cleanroom and R&D chemical laboratory. 

• Ensure strict adherence to EHS regulations and company safety protocols. 

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanroom and chemical handling. 

• Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration of cleanroom equipment. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MSE, R&D, FTE…) to support production and development needs. 

• Train and mentor team members on safety, contamination control, and operational best practices. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance. 

• Forecast and maintain well-controlled operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
