NVIDIA is looking for a Manager of Solutions Architecture team to lead our technical engagement with the GSIs and premier AI consulting firms. This leadership role requires a rare blend of deep technical expertise in Agentic AI and the strategic foresight to build world-class technical partnerships. This opportunity stands out because you'll be at the forefront of innovation, leading a team working on powerful NVIDIA AI Factories to help GSIs build, scale and monetize "Agentic AI" services. You will help encourage our partners to reimagine, reinvent, and operate the world's largest enterprises using NVIDIA's advanced platform. 


What you'll be doing:

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and grow a high performing team of Solution Architects, providing clarity on Mission and Strategy, technical guidance, career development and resource allocation to meet GSI team objectives. 

  • Strategic Practice Building: Partner with GSI leadership to build dedicated NVIDIA AI centers of excellence. Ensure partners are successfully integrating NVIDIA AI platform into their core offerings.

  • Organizational Collaboration: Work closely with NVIDIA product, Engineering and Business Development leadership to align partner feedback with our internal product groups and help to create an effective GTM.

  • Executive Advocacy: Represent NVIDIA at the C-suite level within GSIs, articulating the business value of full-stack AI acceleration and the transition to Agentic enterprise models.

  • Architectural oversight: Act as the technical authority for sophisticated, multi-step Agentic AI workflows, ensuring business use cases are satisfied with scalability, performance and security.


What we need to see:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years specifically in technical leadership or management of Solutions Architecture/engineering teams.

  • Proven expertise in Generative or Agentic AI, RAG and the orchestration of LLMs. You should be comfortable understanding development platforms with the use of coding agents.

  • Deep understanding of Data Centers and relevant AI or HPC full stack infrastructure i.e. GPU accelerated computing at scale.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams as well as non-technical business executives.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience managing technical relationships specifically with top-tier GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, etc).

  • Direct experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications.

  • Track record of leading technical teams through rapid technology pivots.

  • Proven ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.

  • Willingness and ability to tackle unfamiliar territories to solve complex problems and be a phenomenal listener.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
