As the Manager of Solutions Architecture, you will drive the adoption of frontier AI by enabling the deployment of Superhuman’s products (Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman) across Enterprise Tech companies and digital-first organizations. You'll leverage your technical skills and consultative experiences to drive positive AI transformation that addresses our customers' business needs, meets their technical requirements, and provides a high degree of reliability and consistency.
In this leadership role, you will oversee a team that combines technical acumen with a customer-first mindset to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Superhuman’s platforms. The Solution Architecture team is pivotal in translating complex business needs into scalable solutions while providing proactive guidance and white-glove service to our enterprise clients.
The Solutions Architect is a unique role at Superhuman that combines elements of onboarding new customers, process optimization, solution design, and technical implementation and troubleshooting skills. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing team capabilities, setting delivery standards, and collaborating across departments to enhance customer experience, drive adoption, and maximize the value customers get from Superhuman’s product suite.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.

The commission portion for this role will be 20% of the On-Target Earning (OTE).
