Roles and Responsibilities:

This position focuses on supporting and optimizing SAP Quality Management (QM) processes within manufacturing environments. We are looking for a SAP QM Consultant who will design, configure, and support end-to-end production and quality workflows.

• Configure and support SAP QM modules to meet manufacturing and quality management requirements.
• Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Support end-to-end production planning processes including MRP, capacity planning, shop floor control, and production orders.
• Configure and manage quality processes such as inspection planning, quality notifications, audits, and defect management.
• Integrate QM with related SAP modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM).
• Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects and issues.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
