Primary Responsibilities
· Work cross-functionally with Plants, S&OP Materials, Procurement, Transportation, and our Suppliers to resolve material gaps for assigned plants.
· Coordinate Prework, Agenda, Actions and Follow-ups for Weekly Materials Review routines with 7 – 8 Manufacturing Plants
· Proactively identify and act on material shortages through S&OE tools.
· Lead routines with KHC Supply Chain Leadership to track core KPI’s, top drivers, and actions to resolve.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across S&OE Materials
· Drive adoption at assigned plants to utilize digital tools developed for the Materials area
· Become a subject matter expert in OMP for the manufacturing plants material resources
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
· 2 years of relevant experience preferred
· Strong interpersonal and time management skills
· Data analysis expertise
· Presentation and oral/written communication skills required
· Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines with logical problem-solving
· Green Belt preferred
· APICS, ISM, or other industry certifications in operations and logistics preferred
Technical Expertise
· SAP experience and knowledge
· Well versed in Microsoft Office
· Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $130,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
