We’re on the lookout for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to help
shape and accelerate the e.l.f. social media channels, bringing a keen eye for
content creation and the ability to deep dive into what drives success within the
social media universe.

Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in
developing and executing go-to-market strategies across Instagram and Tik
Tok, through owned content, tone of voice and serving the e.l.f. community.
Driving community joy, engagement, brand awareness, conversion and brand
love. You’ll collaborate across departments delivering seamless, high-impact
campaign moments that strengthen our market position and fuel growth for
e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Channel Management
Develop and planthe e.l.f. Social Media content calendar alongside the
Senior Social Media Manager (Tik Tok and Instagram)
Consider e.l.f. marketing calendar and consumer mindset, trends and
seasonal opportunities
Be responsible for writing creative copy, fit for social media and
embodying the e.l.f. tone of voice
Monitor cultural, beauty, and digital trends to fuel creative thinking and
keep e.l.f. at the forefront of the conversation
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, Paid Media,
Creative, and Retail, to ensure consistent storytelling and amplification.
Creative & Strategic Content
Develop innovative ideas and create best in class content that brings
campaigns to life across social media
Own content briefs to support the creation of bold, insight-driven
storytelling that connects emotionally with UK consumers
Identify social media opportunities and collaborations for e.l.f. social
media channels, driving brand awareness, consumer loyalty,
representation and engagement
Support with content ideation, creation and editing, executing content
from start to finish, alone and alongside media partners
Insights & Performance
Monitor and analyse social media performance against platform-specific
KPIs, leveraging insights to identify opportunities for future campaigns
and continuous always-on activities.
Conduct competitive deep dives on campaigns, competitor activity, share
of voice and brand positioning to inform future strategies
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape bold,
consumer-first marketing plans.

What You’ll Bring

3+ yearsof experience in social media marketing, brand channel
management and content creation, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or
lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of the social media, influencer, and retail
landscape.
Demonstrated ability to remain consistently informed on emerging news,
cultural moments, industry trends, and the evolving landscape of social
media.
Proven success developing and executing various types of social media
campaigns from start to finish, such as brand campaigns, always on,
influencer, community and reactive.
Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
Exceptional communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
A proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable
working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
