This is a Site Manager role on a MDS BU program requiring an average of 20% of the successful candidate’s effort and will be coupled with 80% technical responsibilities on the program. The selected candidate will direct all phases of assigned location program objectives from inception through completion. Will be responsible for site specific technical statement of work / performance and overall site operations. Will also be responsible for all site day to day activities of assigned program site, including employee’s timesheets, performance evaluations, property control, facility, safety, security and daily production and directs the work of employees assigned from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas. Will provide leadership, guidance, and career development to all site employees. Ensures adherence to Northrop Grumman and TS Human Resources policies. Will maintain close coordination with the program manager.

Oversight of staffing, employee development, and continual improvement of engineering practices.
Will apply strong leadership skills to achieve sustainable top performance for yourself and your team.
Will lead a team of [Rodgers-Mitchell, Britt A [US] (SP)] 7-17 personnel by supporting functional duties, such as quarterly reviews, performance rating, compensation planning, and career growth.
Will provide effective collaboration, communications, and problem-solving skills to the team.
Will demonstrate a commitment to ethics & integrity and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business.
Will work with a variety of sites, stakeholders, and functions to achieve outstanding results.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of technical experience in any combination of field engineering, site installation or maintenance role(s) or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Working knowledge of management practices and experience leading teams
Security+ CE Certification
Linux (RHEL) experience
Ability and willingness to work on a customer site and travel up to 10% to support business needs.
