Position Summary:

The Senior Manager / Manger, Technical Operations of Genmab KK is primarily responsible for management of the end-to-end supply chain for entire product life cycle.

She/He reports to the Associate Director, Technical Operations and works closely with global CMC and Commercial Supply Chain, local QA, local Commercial and local Finance to ensure the strategic alignment and effective tactical execution of the launch activities and continuously maintain stable supply, while ensuring that they are fully in compliant with global/local regulations.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Product launch / late-stage CMC activities

• Support J-NDA
• Support Artwork management process
• Local CMO onboarding

Planning (demand and supply) and Inventory Management

• Create Japan demand plans in collaboration with commercial and finance teams
• Manage inventory level including safety stock and propose supply plans to Global planning team.
• Co-owner of local S&OP process

GxP Vendor Management (CMO and 3PL)

• Support the GxP vendor management compliance activities. Vendor onboarding, Vendor evaluation, and GxP operational meetings with Vendor
• Support artwork management, change controls, deviations, CAPA’s, External notifications and complaints

Logistics and Distribution

• Manage logistics processes (inbound/outbound)
• Support order to cash process as needed
• Perform necessary activities related to shipments/returns/destructions/recalls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• More than 5 years of supply chain management experience in pharmaceutical industry
• At least one of the experiences below is desired
  • Product launch / Tech transfer / Artwork / Production Management
• Japanese native-level and Business-level English is must / Experience in multi-national companies highly preferred
• SAP knowledge is highly desired
• Agility and Highly communication skills to ensure cross functional collaboration and teamwork.
• Meet with Genmab competencies for Creativity, Result focus, Teamwork, Leadership and Integrity.
