Position Summary
You will lead selling excellence activities to strengthen our sales capabilities for General medicines based out of Mumbai. You will work closely with commercial leaders, learning experts, and field teams to design and deliver learning programs, digital tools, and coaching that improve customer interactions and business outcomes. We value practical problem solvers who build strong relationships, learn quickly, and focus on measurable improvement. Working Arrangement
This role is hybrid. You will spend time in the office and in the field to work directly with teams and leaders. Regular travel across regions in India is expected.
