Main Responsibilities

Consolidate Weekly Initiative Updates

Collect and synthesize progress updates from initiative owners and workstreams.

Track workstream actions from SDU meetings and coordinate with sponsors and relevant parties to ensure execution.

Oversee and maintain initiative timeline & milestone tracker based on input from initiative owners.

Coordinate and prepare materials for all elements of the weekly transformation cadence.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of information.
2. Identify Issues and Risks; Drive Resolution

Surface critical roadblocks for discussion in SDU problem-solving sessions.

Drive problem-solving discussions for roadblocks (including root cause identification) between SDU team and initiative owners.

Nudge initiative owners to develop action plans and escalate unresolved issues.
3. Drive Meetings and Prepare Materials

Ensure weekly SDU meetings function effectively and cover the right topics.

Prepare all materials for weekly SDU meetings in a timely and flawless manner.

Develop clear, insight-driven visuals for SDU and council meetings.

Track action items from follow-up discussions and monitor status.
Key Interactions

Daily collaboration with SDU Lead; frequent contact with initiative owners and working teams.

Coordinate closely with Monitoring to align on metrics and dashboard outputs.

Interface with other SDU office leads for escalations and quality checks.
