Key Responsibilities:

The Manager, Sales Technology & Analytics Enablement (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for leading the sales technology and analytics. You will tap into advanced technology and analytics solutions to drive optimal sales processes and support the sales force. Specifics include:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders
• Prioritize enhancements and new features for digital products
• Manage geographical scope, including market/region alignment and deployment plans
• Identify business opportunities to enhance product adoption
• Develop digital dashboards to assess user behavior and performance
• Analyze and document business processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements for technical solutions
• Create and disseminate communications and training materials to assist teams in transitioning to digital products.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• The INT CommEx Dashboard Developer is a critical role that develops and maintains dashboards within the Solution Delivery Team.
• The Dashboard Developer is an expert on CRM Analytics (EA), Tableau and/or other future Systems that potentially can be included into the Analytics portfolio.
• Develops with INT Scope, but can be required to perform regional customizations based on different requirements, as compliance, piloting priority or impact in the business.
• Follows Agile methodology to develop dashboards based on incremental enhancements, becomes an expert on certain dashboards or areas, and assures the process and knowledge is well documented for future sustainability.

Work hours: 10 AM to 7 PM IST
