Position Overview and Objective
The Manager, Sales Operations partners with Sales Operations leadership to develop and manage the sales operations strategy.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and support a team of sales operations professionals
Work with sales operations leadership to understand process gaps or opportunities for improvement
Develop, implement, and maintain operational workflows, procedures, SLAs, and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve business performance and work cross-functionally with business partners to gain buy-in on new opportunities
Drive efficiencies in the quote to cash process flow
Establish standard operating procedures aligned to a global go-to-market strategy
Key Skills
Ability to lead, manage, and develop a high performing team
Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce
Proficiency in the development and delivering of metrics and dashboards
Process and quality oriented with attention to detail

Bachelors Degree
5 or more years’ experience in sales or order operations role

Environment and Physical Demands
Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment.
Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.
If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space.
In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations.
May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g. office chair, reams of paper).
