The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Influencer Engagement:
- Facilitate Lunch & Learn sessions for Architects, Designers, CREs and Key End Customers.
- New product launch engagements and knowledge sharing.
- Consult with customers to deliver business value by influencing key stakeholders and advocating for workspace transformation.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the A&D/CRE community, positioning oneself as a recognized industry expert.
- Drive business development opportunities by fostering long-term relationships and identifying project extensions.
- Leverage CRM campaign management tool.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute Lunch & Learn sessions and other knowledge-sharing events across designated regions.
- Coordinate and manage events of various scales, ensuring successful customer engagement and brand promotion.
Marketing & Business Coordination:
- Work closely with India commercial team and Asia marketing team to support the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to product range development, promotions, and achieving margin and growth objectives.
- Manage & support the commercial team with product samples, selling tools and resources including stock management of sample folders, collaterals & giveaways.
- Conduct market analysis to generate marketing ideas, execute targeted campaigns, and prepare relevant reports.
Influencer Relationship Management & Product Training:
- Proactively engage with A&D firms, CREs and customers to nurture strong, lasting relationships.
Provide product training and guidance to clients and partners to enhance understanding and application of Interface’s solutions.
