Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & People Development

- Lead, develop, and coach a team direct reports to ensure high performance, accountability, and team spirit.

- Maintain high levels of engagement and ensure alignment with company expectations.

- Lead India’s overall commercial performance in Sales, Profit, and Opex efficiency.

- Translate APAC strategy into clear country-level actions and ensure strong execution.

- Build data-driven market intelligence for strategic decision-making.

2. Customer Relationship & Market Development

- Build strong relationships with Food & Beverages key customers, distributors, and partners.

- Identify new market opportunities and drive rapid market penetration.

- Expand business in strategic verticals based on customer needs and competitive landscape.

3. Strategic Execution & Alignment

- Ensure strong alignment between APAC strategy and India execution.

- Drive visibility through structured reporting, forecasting, and business reviews.

- Maintain compliance with Code of Conduct, governance standards, and company policies.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experience.

 - Ensure knowledge management and internal communication are maintained at a high level.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Food Science or relevant technical field.

  • Ability to establish rapport and influence key stakeholders

Relevant Experience:

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry with strong industry network and deep market knowledge is preferred.
  • Minimum 12-18 years of B2B technical sales experience, ideally in filtration, process equipment, industrial products, or relevant industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving consistent sales growth and commercial success
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and leading regional sales execution
  • Experience working with distributors, key accounts, and complex customer structures
  • Experience with P&L related responsibilities or commercial decision making at the country/region level

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

  • Frequent business travel across India is required
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • High integrity and adherence to compliance and governance standards
