YOUR ROLE AS A: Manager, Sales
Would you like to become part of a highly innovative and rapidly growing team? We’re looking for a results-driven Media Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of AirAsia’s advertising business in the Philippines, delivering impactful, data-led solutions to top brands and agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive revenue growth by selling integrated advertising solutions across digital, mobile, inflight, on-ground, and content/influencer platforms.
Own and lead a portfolio (vertical/industry), managing both existing accounts and new business development to achieve long-term growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media agencies, and brand stakeholders across the Philippine market.
Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities, expanding AirAsia’s advertiser base.
Develop strategic, insight-led proposals tailored to client objectives, leveraging AirAsia’s ecosystem and audience data.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from pitching to negotiation and deal closure—ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, content, and data teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, track performance, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience in media, advertising, or digital sales, preferably within the Philippine market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets across both new business and account management.
Strong understanding of the local media landscape, including digital, programmatic, content, and influencer marketing.
Established network with key advertisers and media agencies in the Philippines is highly advantageous.
Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to translate client needs into effective, data-driven solutions.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
Self-starter with strong ownership, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
