The Team: 
We are a global Revenue Operations team with a presence in Pakistan, India and the Philippines. We support the commercial front-line team in the Order-to-Cash process by submitting quotes, generating contracts, and liaising with OTC teams such as legal, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Client Financial Relations. 

The Impact:   

This role will involve working with the team and senior leadership on a variety of initiatives related to the process, people, and projects. You will be provided an opportunity to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders and team like frontline sales, order management, fulfilment, suspensions, collections, business analytics, commissions and finance etc. This is an opportunity to lead a team consisting of 12+ associates, specialists, & senior specialists and contribute towards achieving the goals for your team and Revenue Operations department. It also includes an opportunity to understand business objectives, recommend, and implement solutions to problems that will improve revenue realization in Salesforce and reporting. It gives you opportunities to ideate, implement and lead projects to achieve goals for Sales Organization by closely working with account managers, revenue enablement, frontline sales and overall sales leadership. Accountability would be towards understanding and owning the business objectives; being a role model for people and peer group; communicating with passion and enthusiasm, embracing change as a way of working; and leading by example when communicating new initiatives.

Responsibilities:   

 

  • Lead a team of 12+ associates, specialists, senior specialists and Assistant Managers 

  • Own and lead projects that improve product offering, billing system improvements and data quality enhancement 

  • Own learning and development for your own team and overall Revenue Operations 

  • Take end-to-end accountability for team deliverables to meet service level agreements 

  • Ensure team members are compliant when resolving sales queries through thorough knowledge of guidelines, processes, and research tools 

  • Work on workflow analysis, management, monitoring, and resource allocation as daily operational activity 

  • Manage the performance of team members and conduct reviews 

  • Conduct intensive training for the team, Plan resource requirements and develop back-up and succession plans 

  • Creating an environment of consistent improvement, motivating the team to perform at a higher efficiency and foster a culture of team building and engagement 

  • Contribute to auditing team members completing tasks on a regular basis to enhance and maintain efficiency and quality of service 

  • Conduct and present key analysis and recommendations around key performance indicators/SLAs 

  • Set clear expectations for the team and ensure individual accountability 

  • Manages the performance review process, talent development, and talent management processes of the team 

  • Lead and motivate the team to align with business objectives while championing continuous upskilling and professional development 

  • Track performance metrics regularly and take corrective actions where necessary 

  • Present and execute ideas for improving overall departmental processes, procedures, and tools. 

  • Continuously implement and innovate techniques to maximize throughput and quality 

  • Work closely with Commercial Analytics, OTC, Finance, Technology and other stakeholders to drive efficiency in our deliverables ad platforms 

  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders as necessary and works on new projects aimed at improving sales and client experience 

  • Ensure clear and seamless communication across all levels and teams 

 What We’re Looking For:  

  • Proven record of working with key stakeholders from different offices with a global lense. 

  • Ability to work under pressure within the Sales environment. 

  • Worked with technology, finance, compliance, legal and OTC teams for billing system enhancements. 

  • Proven ability to project management, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines with a keen eye for quality of service. 

  • Great problem resolution skills through effective collaboration with various stakeholders.   

  • Strong teambuilding and people development skills with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication to be able to work with frontline sales from multiple geographies. 

  • Ability to give and accept feedback constructively and provide coaching to the team.   

  • People management skills, ability to build and motivate a team.   

  • Maintains high ethical standards both personally and professionally, to maintain transparency in the team.   

  • Readiness to take on challenges and to challenge the status quo.   

  • Proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain focus while working with routine tasks.   

  • Experienced in Client Management / Stakeholder Management.   

  • Self-motivated individual with proven ability to multi-task and balance various aspect of work while delivering highest quality result.   

  • Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines and result oriented.   

  • Ability to adapt to change and drive change within the team.   

  • Having good familiarity of Gen AI and technology tools.  

  • Good knowledge of Data/Content Management operations and knowledge of Fundamentals processes would be an advantage. 

   

Preferred Qualification:  

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Marketing, Computer Science or related field) or equivalent experience required 

  • Good knowledge of products, offerings and sales cycle 

  • Proven record of Sales Support, Salesforce, Reporting, and Project Management 

  • 4+ years of prior experience in people management/leadership role 

  • Good knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint and computer literacy is a must 

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce, Reporting, Power BI, Excel and SQL
