POSITION SUMMARY:

Manager, Resorts Marketing Campaigns and Programs is responsible for all promotion activities within the Company, job duties include but not limited to planning, organizing and directing all activities for businesses. Control expenses and budgets to achieve business expectation and goals set by the management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists Senior Manager, Resorts Marketing Campaigns and Programs, in managing all key business relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth implementation of all sorts of promotion activities.
  • Manage various marketing initiatives and projects to ensure all promotional activities are executed effectively.
  • Develop program strategies to improve and broaden customer databases through programs.
  • Manage DICJ Compliance & probity management.
  • Deliver revenue and profit growth on promotions.
  • Maintain effective communication with clubs, operation teams and develop excellent promotion programs to all patrons.
  • Accurate reporting of programs on a timely basis.
  • Manage Gaming Innovation team members in terms of delegating responsibilities and track performances; identify methods to enhance performances and improve productivity.
  • Deliver internal and external communications.
  • Analyse data on promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Three years or more experiences in gaming management field.
  • Displays high commitment to improve customer services.
  • Motivate others to achieve business objectives and common goals.
  • Encourages people to work as a team.
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.

Education

  • Degree Holder.
  • Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications.
