Sanford Research is seeking a Manager of Research Operations to play a pivotal role in supporting and helping researchers advancing basic, translational, and clinical research across our organization. This leader is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the administrative and logistical infrastructure that enables investigators and scientific staff to focus on discovery, innovation, and improving patient outcomes. Summary

The Manager of Research Operations is responsible for maintenance of administrative and logistical support infrastructure of basic, translational and clinical research labs and studies.

Job Description

Responsibilities may include development and maintenance of centralized programs, workflows and processes required for success of investigators and scientific staff and supervision of support staff. May be assigned roles within regulatory programs and work as liaison with corporate service departments. Assist research leadership with budgeting and resource allocation and strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a science or related field and five years of scientific and or administrative experience or a Master's degree with three years of scientific and/or administrative experience.



Current valid Category II driver’s license, and meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers.
