TITLE: Senior Manager, Global Renewals

LOCATION: Herndon, VA/ DC

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, Global Renewals is responsible for managing and optimizing the customer contract renewal process to drive retention and revenue growth. This role leads a team of renewal specialists, ensures timely and accurate renewals, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. The Senior Manager will focus on operational excellence, process improvements, and team development, while aligning renewal activities with broader business objectives. This position reports to the Vice President, Revenue Operations.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Manage and coach the Renewals team to achieve renewal targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead renewal strategies and processes that support company goals and revenue objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, performance feedback, and professional development for team members.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to resolve renewal challenges and ensure alignment on customer retention goals.

Renewal Process Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for assigned regions or segments, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion during the renewal cycle and partner with Sales to execute.
  • Drive process improvements and leverage tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand needs and proactively address renewal risks.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on key renewal metrics, including renewal rates, churn, and revenue forecasts.
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance and reduce churn.
  • Prepare regular updates for leadership on renewal performance and pipeline health.

Customer Success Partnership

  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure proactive engagement and value delivery for customers approaching renewal.
  • Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

You Have

  • 7–10 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a subscription-based business model.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing a team in a sales or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of renewal processes and best practices.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between:

$171,600.00-218,399.00 USD

The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to the OTE, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
