We are looking for a Belgrade-based Manager (Renewal Sales) to join our global Renewal Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about renewal processes within Academia & Government.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- Proficient level of English language
- 7+ years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
- 1+ years of sales management experience
- Proficient level of Excel

What will you be doing in this role?
- Lead a team of sales representatives to meet their individual and team objectives.
- Foster skill development through coaching and addressing performance issues as needed.
- Oversee a large portfolio of renewals, delivering significant revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Consult with sales teams to develop comprehensive strategies for cross-selling and upselling to enhance long-term revenue retention growth.
- Influence and motivate cross-functional teams within a matrixed sales organization to support and achieve shared business objectives.
- Manage customer portfolio renewal forecasts outcomes and subscription growth, collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Focus on maintaining high levels of retention to enhance Clarivate’s presence within product lines, serving as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of core product offerings to effectively address customer needs and develop and execute new renewal opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and full utilization of all sales tools.

The team is responsible for account renewal within A&G space in Clarivate.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent position.
The working hours for this role would be two days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while the remaining three days a week would follow a more flexible schedule, ideally from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
