We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. You will be working in a rapidly scaling-up environment and being responsible for managing operational topics concerning Flixbus’ bus partners in Chile.
This role will be based in Santiago de Chile under a hybrid working model.
About the Role
Build, maintain, and develop long-lasting relationships with bus partners & bus stations
Manage day-to-day interactions with our bus operators to ensure there is no disruption
Monitor operators’ adherence to our processes and standards and carry out audits with operators to ensure they follow quality and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with Flixbus procedures and protocols
Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance partner performance and service quality
Work cooperatively with our operators to ensure that their information on our platform is updated, as well as track training process for bus drivers
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Network Planning, Business Development) for seamless operations
About You
5+ years of work experience in operations, ideally in dynamic daily environment within transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors
Fluent Spanish and English isa must.
Ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (e.g. business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills
Advanced Excel skills
Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality
Organized, independent, reliable and responsible working style
Ready to work hybrid (3 days per week in office) and travel occasionally across Chile
Strong Analytical skills
