Manager, Quality Assurance Compliance

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance Compliance function, ensuring operations comply with GMP and other applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Manage internal, external, client, and GxP audits, including preparing site teams, coordinating responses, and tracking corrective actions.

  • Guide and support customer and regulatory inspections as a subject matter expert for QA Operations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring quality best practices are embedded across the organization.

  • Oversee key Quality Systems, including deviations, CAPA, change control, risk management, and quality metrics/KPIs.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of QA Compliance professionals.

  • Participate in cross-functional activities such as Technology Transfer, Quality Review Boards, and customer calls to maintain strong Quality representation.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred field of study in a scientific discipline.

  • Experience in a pharma cGMP environment, with strong knowledge of GxP auditing and Quality Systems.

  • Skilled in managing audits, regulatory interactions, and compliance-driven activities in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and structured investigation methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments.

  • Ability to apply continuous improvement thinking and drive operational excellence.
