About the role

The Manager, QE Enablement is accountable for uplifting Quality Engineering capability and outcomes across Customer Market Technology. This role defines and embeds consistent QE frameworks, drives automation and efficiency, and provides clear, datadriven visibility of testing performance and risk across squads and delivery partners. You’ll play a key role in improving quality outcomes, supporting informed release decisions, and reducing customer impact across core and digital platforms. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Owning endtoend delivery of batch, performance and release regression testing for core and digital assets 

  • Defining and evolving a consistent Quality Engineering framework across CMT 

  • Driving a stepchange in test automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed and repeatability 

  • Embedding riskbased testing and release practices to support pragmatic decision making 

  • Providing independent, datadriven insight into testing effectiveness and quality outcomes 

  • Holding squads and delivery partners accountable through governance, metrics and scorecards 

  • Leading and developing a large QE capability (15–30 FTE), including vendor partners 

 

What you’ll bring 

  • Extensive experience in Quality Engineering and leading largescale testing in complex enterprises 

  • Proven success uplifting testing maturity, frameworks and overall quality outcomes 

  • Strong expertise in test automation strategy and implementation 

  • Deep understanding of riskbased testing and balancing quality, speed and commercial outcomes 

  • Experience across large integrated platforms (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) and endtoend systems 

  • Strong vendor management and governance experience in multivendor environments 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change
