Manager, Provider Partnerships
Position Summary:
The Manager, Provider Partnerships is a critical people leader responsible for the day-to-day execution of our provider partnership strategy. This manager will lead, coach, and empower a team of Provider Partnership Liaisons, transforming them into proactive, data-driven advisors to our provider partners. The Manager is accountable for translating the regional partnership strategy into team-level execution and for the team's performance against key provider engagement, satisfaction, and performance metrics within their assigned region.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Provider Partnership Liaisons, setting clear, measurable performance objectives (MBOs/KPIs), overseeing daily activities, and providing regular coaching and professional development.
- Train and develop the team on how to interpret provider-specific data, deliver compelling insights, and influence provider behavior to improve performance.
- Manage the team's territory assignments and workload to ensure all provider partners receive a high level of strategic support.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for complex provider issues, working cross-functionally to drive resolution and identify systemic improvement opportunities.
- Analyze regional provider performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and report findings to the Director.
- Regularly accompany liaisons on field visits to provide real-time coaching, assess performance, and engage with key provider practice leaders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managed care, with experience in provider relations, network management, or practice transformation. At least 1-2 years of experience leading teams or projects is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of value-based care concepts, provider performance metrics (e.g., HEDIS/Stars), and provider engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
$84,600.00-$113,775.00
