Manager, Provider Employee Engagement Consultant

Position Summary
 

We are seeking a highly analytical and independent collaborative Manager, Provider Engagement to lead our efforts in retaining top-tier healthcare providers. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting provider engagement and retention data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports, utilizing data insights to inform and refine retention strategies.

The Manager, Provider Engagement report to the Sr. Manager, Provider Education and Development. They will facilitate regular meetings with regional and divisional teams, collaborating closely with Provider Recruitment, Provider Wellness, and Education teams to integrate retention initiatives across departments. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills as well as familiarity with workforce data to effectively support providers, leadership, and interdepartmental teams on retention efforts and outcomes.


Required Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of provider engagement 

  • A highly organized and analytical individual who can keep multiple tasks moving forward

  • Exceptional communication skills, able to prepare written and verbal reports, and communicate complex and delicate information 

  • Comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leaders

  • Highly collaborative, able to coordinate with and across multiple departments and navigate a matrixed organizational structure

  • Goal-setting and long-range planning: must be able to work with the program team to organize and coordinate systems in order to achieve objectives

  • Appreciates a challenge and brings a solution-oriented approach to problems

  • Proficiency with standard commercial Office Suite, especially Google WorkSpace


Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience:

  • Experience in providers workforce planning

  • Provider engagement

  • Independent, self-guided work


Education

  • B.S./B.A. degree required, master degree preferred in data analytics, healthcare or a related field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
