What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, sales enablement, or business development support
• Strong experience in managing teams and driving delivery at scale
• Good understanding of the pursuit lifecycle (RFPs, proposals, presentations)
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across time zones
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Interest or experience in AI and digital tools is a plus
• Shipley Proposal Management or Proposal Writing training preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and content management tool (e.g., Seismic) preferred
