About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence. This role is responsible for managing complex projects end-to-end, including transitions, process optimization, system implementations, and change management programs within a global, matrixed environment.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across functions to deliver strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, and ensure the successful execution of key priorities. This role also includes leading and developing teams, while driving best practices in project management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closure
  • Drive transformation initiatives, including process improvements, transitions, and system implementations
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets
  • Establish and apply project management best practices, tools, and governance frameworks
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of initiatives
  • Build, develop, and coach project teams to drive high performance
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs in a global environment
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation or process improvement projects
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience with change management frameworks and adoption strategies
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience in highly regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical devices)

Additional Requirements

  • Advanced English (C1+) required
  • Ability to influence and lead in a global, matrixed environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
