Position Summary:

As the Project Manager, GBS Enablement, you will be at the forefront of our company-wide program office, guiding the growth of our shared services offerings. You will effectively manage transition, process improvement, and other change initiatives, ensuring flawless program delivery. This position includes coordinating program activities and tracking significant turning points while engaging with diverse collaborators to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and carry out assigned projects
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans and define deliverables
  • Employ fit-for-purpose methodologies for each project
  • Resolve complex issues and manage critical path processes
  • Identify, handle, and bring up risks, issues, actions, and decisions, while determining mitigation strategies
  • Influence key program collaborators to ensure successful program implementation across workstreams and business groups
  • Facilitate recurring program meetings
  • Document and communicate project statuses and results
  • Gather project information and ensure clear communication of outcomes
  • Review project deliverables to ensure timely completion of achievements
  • Lead regular reporting cadences and ad-hoc reports, including leadership reports and presentations

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in a business-related field
  • Project Management/Sigma/Kaizen certification desirable
  • Proven experience in leading complex, global programs and project initiatives
  • Experience in Finance operations (OTC, PTP, FA, Inventory) or Customer Service preferred
  • GBS experience preferred
  • Systems implementation experience is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Robust project management skills (planning tools, defining deliverables, argument and baseline development)
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex, multidimensional projects
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Capable of balancing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of following through on commitments
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Great teammate, able to work effectively with others
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality
