How you’ll make an impact
Lead the delivery of FCC’s most important enterprise initiatives by building strong project leaders and enabling consistent, high‑quality execution across the organization.
As Manager, Project Delivery, you’ll guide a team of project management professionals and ensure projects and programs are delivered using standard methodologies that support FCC’s strategic priorities.
This role blends people leadership, portfolio awareness and delivery discipline. You’ll partner closely with business leaders to understand demand, build the right capacity, and remove barriers so teams can deliver meaningful outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead the Project Delivery team and support the execution of divisional and enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives
Partner with business leaders, Strategy and Portfolio teams to understand priorities and upcoming demand
Determine, implement and continuously improve project delivery processes, standards and controls
Ensure consistent delivery against commitments, including identifying, documenting and escalating risks and impediments for timely resolution
Manage reporting processes to provide transparency into progress, risks and outcomes
Build and maintain a high‑performing team by setting clear expectations, coaching and mentoring team members, and supporting ongoing development
Manage human and financial capacity across competing priorities through effective resource planning and prioritization
Build strong, cross‑functional relationships to support project delivery and shared business outcomes
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration/commerce
Minimum eight years of related experience
Deep knowledge of project delivery methodologies and their application within portfolio and governance frameworks
Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives using multiple project lifecycle methodologies
Strong understanding of project controls, risk management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop high‑performing teams
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Preferred qualifications:
PMP certification
Knowledge of agricultural lending practices is an asset
