 Position Summary:  

This role partners with program owners and business stakeholders to design high-quality learning solutions and performance support—then uses technology, analytics, and ROI storytelling to demonstrate impact and continuous improvements in the learning experience. You’ll combine instructional design expertise with strong technology fluency across authoring tools, data platforms, and reporting (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Quickbase, PowerBI/Tableau). You will support work that may include Value Stream Design (VSD) inputs, project management coordination, and measurement strategy so stakeholders have clear, decision-ready insight into learning effectiveness and business outcomes. 

You will accomplish this by: 

  • Designing and delivering learning solutions built for digital scale 

  • Demonstrating strong technology and analytics acumen to make outcomes measurable, visible, and actionable 

  • Driving stakeholder partnership and project execution through clear scope, timelines, and progress updates 

A day in the life in this position includes partnering with stakeholders to clarify the business problem, define learning and performance outcomes, and design the right solution (eLearning, performance support, and related assets). You’ll build and maintain learning assets using Articulate Rise/Storyline, and you’ll regularly use tools like Quickbase plus PowerBI/Tableau to structure data, create dashboards, and translate findings into a clear story leaders can act on. You’ll be successful when learning solutions are adopted, easy to maintain, and demonstrably improving workforce readiness and performance outcomes—supported by trusted reporting and credible ROI where appropriate. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years designing and developing learning solutions with a portfolio of shipped work (e.g., eLearning, toolkits, performance support) 

• Strong working knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau (dashboard creation, visualization choices, interpretation, and iterative improvement) 

• Experience translating business questions into measurable outcomes (KPIs, data sources, definitions, assumptions, and reporting cadence) 

• Experience partnering cross-functionally and delivering work through disciplined project execution (scope, timelines, dependencies, risks) 

• Comfort working with operational/learning systems such as Quickbase (or similar) to support tracking and reporting 

• Willingness to travel up to 10% (as needed) 

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience calculating and communicating ROI (benefits, costs, assumptions, sensitivity) and creating executive-ready readouts 

• Experience with Value Stream Design (VSD), process improvement, or performance consulting approaches 

• PMP or comparable project management training/experience 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels 

• High comfort learning new technologies quickly and creating reusable templates/standards that reduce manual effort

• Certification in AI technology business application  

Education: 

Bachelors degree preferred or equal years of relevant working experience may be considered

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
