The Manager, Professional Education is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-program follow-up of national programs for healthcare professionals. This role serves as a key leader within the Professional Education organization, with primary ownership of national educational initiatives, including program design, HCP Faculty engagement, content development, and cross-functional alignment. The position partners closely with Field Sales Leadership and internal stakeholders to drive the successful design and execution of national educational initiatives ensuring programs deliver a consistent, high-quality educational experience. This role serves as a subject matter resource for Professional Education processes and tools, providing guidance to Field Sales and mentoring Specialist-level team members as needed. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Digital Marketing, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Field Sales Leadership, and HCP Faculty.
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-program evaluation of national programs, while providing oversight and guidance for select regional and local initiatives.
Develop and refine tailored agendas for national programs ensuring alignment with evolving clinical and business priorities, escalating strategic decisions as appropriate.
Drive HCP Faculty identification, nomination, and engagement for national programs, ensuring appropriate and responsible rotation across the HCP Faculty bench.
Own and facilitate HCP Faculty calls and content alignment meetings to support consistent, high-quality execution of national programs.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for recruitment strategies and materials supporting national programs, in collaboration with Field Sales Leadership and Digital Marketing.
Establish and implement post-program communication strategies for national program participants, including surveys and promotion of future educational opportunities to sustain engagement.
Manage national program budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking, and reconciliation to ensure adherence to budget forecasts.
Continually assess and implement iterative enhancements to department–owned technology platforms to improve operational efficiencies and maximize internal and external adoption.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, or processes that enhance the overall Professional Education experience for HCP Faculty, HCP Customers and internal stakeholders.
Mentor and provide guidance to Associate Managers and Specialist-level team members, as applicable, to support consistent execution standards at the regional and local level.
Ensure all Professional Education programs comply with Integra policies, industry standards, and applicable government regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical device industry
Proven experience collaborating with HCPs in an educational capacity
Strong experience partnering with commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
Familiarity with the following platforms preferred: Cvent, Concur, Salesforce, Porzio and MediSpend.
