Support the development and execution of the Small & Medium Enterprises strategy starting by:
• Understand market, cluster, and organizational priorities and translate them into actionable solution strategies, ensuring alignment with global, regional and local objectives.
• Execute the commercialization strategy for the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) segment in the Brazilian market, acting end to end across the sales process for SME solutions, including the development of sales enablement materials, training programs, sales playbooks, customer events, and relationship building initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the SME segment, partnering closely with Marketing and Communications teams on media campaigns, events, CRM initiatives, and demand generation activities.
• Conduct market studies and discovery initiatives, deliver benchmarks and analytical tools to support the SME strategy, including market sizing, customer needs assessment, KPI definition, planning, and execution of initiatives that drive the achievement of targeted results.
• Support the development of the SME product value proposition and respective go to market strategies, ensuring clear positioning, differentiation, and effective market execution.

All About You:
• Solid experience in financial services and/or payments, preferably with SME focus.
• Strong commercial leadership and ability to manage complex, multi country sales processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client opportunities into financial impact.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure pipeline quality and data accuracy.
• Self-driven, results oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in engaging internal and external commercial and technical stakeholders to drive both solution development and adoption.
• Strong commercialization skills. Demonstrated ability to work across divisional boundaries, within countries. Strong relationship management, influencing, presentation and communication skills.
• Adept at interacting with key stakeholders in terms of engagement, communication and transparency of purpose.
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English required.
