Championing Process Enhancements: Lead efforts to improve and scale existing processes, ensuring they meet business needs and goals.
After-Sales Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing promotions. Ensure support teams understand product details and can address customer inquiries effectively.
Documentation & Process Improvement: Drive the documentation and enhancement of processes, policies, and procedures based on customer insights and feedback.
Launch Readiness: Ensure that products under your responsibility are ready for launch, compliant with regulations, and aligned with company policies.
Product Service Quality: Maintain high-quality product service levels, reducing transaction errors and partner reporting issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including Enterprise Sales, Commercial Enablement, Operations, Trade Assurance, CXM, Finance, and BI, to achieve business objectives.
Project Management: Manage tasks and projects as needed to support business initiatives and goals.
Education: College graduate with strong leadership potential.
Experience: 1-3 years in Project & Product Management. Experience in fintech, banking, financial institutions, or similar industries is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong project management and presentation skills.
Familiar with Agile methodologies.
Proficient in MS Office tools and applications.
Analytical and adept in process mapping and problem-solving.
Highly organized with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Product & Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing and driving product performance.
Process Analysis Expertise: Skilled in process mapping and identifying areas for improvement.
Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical abilities to address challenges and develop solutions.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and work with diverse teams, both internally and externally.
Knowledge of Systems and Regulations: Familiar with operational systems, industry processes, and regulatory requirements.
