Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management Strategy & Insights

Overview
Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Excellence Strategy & Insights to help define how product excellence is measured and continuously improved across our product organization.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data insights, and operating model design. The individual will translate data from product systems, workflows, and lifecycle activities into actionable insights that improve how product teams build, launch, and scale products.
The role will partner closely with Product Excellence leadership, product teams, and analytics partners to design measurement frameworks, ensure product data is captured effectively, and identify meaningful performance signals across the product lifecycle.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring that product data collection, metric definitions, and reporting structures are streamlined, consistent, and aligned with the outcomes the organization is trying to drive. This includes helping ensure that product metrics measure the right behaviors, are interpreted consistently across teams, and provide leaders with clear signals for decision-making.
While familiarity with workflow systems and product tooling is valuable, the core mandate of this role is interpreting product signals, improving the quality of product data, and translating insights into strategic improvements to Mastercard’s product operating model.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys connecting data, strategy, and product operations to drive better outcomes across a global organization.
