Manager, Product Management

Opportunity Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Manager, Product Management to be part of the Clinical Intelligence product area within the Cohere platform and manage a team of Product Analysts, with full accountability from strategy to execution.  Ultimately, your work will directly impact the growth and evolution of the Clinical Intelligence that powers all of our products. Reporting locally to the VP, General Manager India, this is a critical role that provides an uncommon opportunity to build new products and capabilities and to scale and evolve existing ones.   

You should apply if you are a leader with a product mindset who delivers value to the business by inspiring teams to build and market solutions that really work for users and elegantly solve complex problems.  You’ll sit in the center of strategy, design, engineering and operations to drive multiple levels of decisions, from what “north star” metric we should drive towards, to signing off on acceptance criteria on a new feature.  You understand the market and the competitive landscape of AI in healthtech and are able to quickly synthesize, develop hypotheses, provide team direction and prioritize requirements for your products.

What you’ll do:

• Leads and mentors a team of Product Analysts, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative, innovative product culture and customer centric product delivery
• Create an inclusive, energetic team environment that unleashes the potential of our people and contributes to the professional development and growth of team members
• Develop and oversees the creation of product roadmaps that outline key initiatives, features, and release timelines
• Collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of Clinical Intelligence platform goals with overall company objectives
• Establishes the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with Clinical Intelligence platform goals and objective and deliver results by empowering cross-functional teams
• Take a design-first approach to developing product requirements, including partnering with design/ research, marketing, engineering and other teams to understand and evangelize user needs
• Leads and manages the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, if applicable
• Drives product design for new features and enhancements, plans the rollout, evaluates new opportunities, and creates new proposals aligned with business strategy and present insight to key executivesActs as a primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Conducts customer and market research, user feedback, usage, and competitive analysis to identify unmet market needs and complex new product applications
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, making strategic decisions and solving complex challenges.

What you’ll need:

Must-haves

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management including at least 2 years managing people
• 3+ years working in healthcare and/or HealthTech
• Demonstrated expertise in ML/AI applications to healthcare problems
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Product mindset with a proven ability to deliver customer centric solutions
• A successful track record of co-creating seamless experiences in collaboration with stakeholders from customer facing and technology functions spread across the globe
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience working with globally distributed teams

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana*: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
  *we will be opening a new office in the HITEC City area in early 2026
