Manager, Product Development
Overview:
As Manager, Product Development (Testing & Support) – we are looking for experienced QA professional to support quality initiatives and test data support for client on-boarding testing and internal testing requirements. This role will demand working across timezone supporting teams across India, Europe and America to ensure timely & quality support to product owners, release testing teams.
Role:
1. Hands-on involvement in testing & test data support activities for testing & customer onboarding
2. Open to support teams across India, Ireland, UK & US time zones
3. Promote best practices in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting using tools like JIRA, etc.
5. Demonstrate strong people management skills, fostering team growth, engagement, and accountability.
6. Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to meet evolving quality demands and independently implement them to support a shift-left testing culture.
7. Manage a small team of testers across manual testing, test data creation and transitioning to automation.
8. Always on look to identify gaps in processes and bring fresh idea’s to fix & improve processes.
All about you:
1. More than 10+ years overall experience in QA / Testing / Test Data creation & Management
2. Experience in using AI tools to bring efficiencies within current processes
3. Team management experience is must.
4. Proficient in API testing, with experience using tools like Postman and Insomnia.
5. Experience of working in Cards and / or Payment industry, preferably in check out functionalities
6. Good communication skills and attitude to get things done across teams
