About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Procurement to support sourcing and vendor management across corporate services and GTM operations. This role will partner across all corporate functions to drive value, improve processes, and ensure effective vendor governance.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for a strong sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing execution with business partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing initiatives across corporate services and GTM operations categories including consulting & professional services, agencies (creative, digital, media), and corporate software.
  • Drive competitive RFx processes where appropriate, analyze proposals, build business cases, and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and rate cards to ensure value, flexibility, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner closely with corporate functions to support vendor selection, renewals, and ongoing spend optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, scope optimization, and cost rationalization while maintaining service quality and speed.
  • Manage intake and sourcing pipeline visibility across assigned categories, ensuring proactive renewal management and prioritization.
  • Ensure contracts, approvals, and compliance requirements are completed efficiently in partnership with Legal, InfoSec, and Finance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders — providing clarity on scope, commercial structure, and value realization while driving adoption of procurement best practices through partnership and responsiveness.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of sourcing or procurement experience.
  • Experience negotiating professional services, agencies, or corporate vendors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate proposals and cost models.
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments is preferred.

The target annual base pay range for this role is $131,500 to $192,800.

This target annual base pay range represents our good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. We use a market-based compensation approach to set our target annual base pay ranges and make adjustments annually. We carefully tailor individual compensation packages, including base pay, taking into consideration employees’ job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and other relevant business factors.
