The Process Engineering, Manager (Pick-up and Delivery Operation) is responsible for overseeing ground movement and airport gate planning, this role leads the implementation of efficient processes. You will also coordinate road network planning, develop contingency plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and ensure seamless transportation access
- Lead ground transportation and trucking operations, ensuring efficient utilization of fleet and logistics resources, smooth cargo movement, and timely deliveries to minimize delays and maintain service reliability.
- Provide expert support for ground network and commercial airlift implementation, overseeing the development and execution of plans to optimize ground handling processes
- Develop and implement contingency plans for unforeseen events or disruptions, such as adverse weather conditions or operational emergencies, to maintain operational continuity and minimize service interruptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and external partners to coordinate road network planning efforts, facilitating seamless transportation access to and from the airport for passengers, employees, and cargo.
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of ground movement operations, gate utilization, and road network efficiency to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements for increased productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the evaluation and selection of equipment, systems, and technologies to support ground movement, gate operations, and road network planning activities, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive analysis and development of new operating models to enhance service efficiency and optimize value delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of projects related to ground movement, gate planning, and road network optimization, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ground operations, gate utilization, and road network performance, identifying trends, deviations, and opportunities for optimization to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, would be well-suited for the Field Manager Process Engineering role in the specified context
- Possess experience in airport operations management, process engineering methodologies, and project management, coupled with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.
