Private Sector Engagement Manager, Ashshash Project
Winrock International is recruiting applicants for the position of Private Sector Engagement Manager for the ‘Ashshash – for men and women who have escaped trafficking, Phase II’ is a four-year program supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh and implemented by Winrock International. The objective of the project is supporting 6,000 (65% female) survivors of trafficking to reintegrate into their communities and achieve personal well-being and self-sufficiency. The project will accomplish this goal by May 31, 2027.

SALARY:
The annual salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Excellent benefits offered.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Private Sector Engagement Manager (PSEM) will oversee private sector engagement in the Ashshash program. The responsibilities include developing a strategy to engage the private sector, establishing market linkages for trafficking survivors pursuing self-employment, and securing corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds for rehabilitation and reintegration efforts. The PSEM will advocate for improved access to financing for survivors through partnerships with banks and build relationships with national and international businesses. Working closely with other program components, the PSEM will implement private-sector engagement activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The Private Sector Engagement Manager (PSEM) will be engaged on a six-month initially, results-oriented assignment to accelerate economic reintegration outcomes for survivors of human trafficking under the Ashshash project. The contract might be extended upon availability of funds and performance.
